Job Title: Collaborating Sports Medicine Physician
We are seeking a collaborating board certified Family Medicine: Sports Medicine Fellowship trained physician for our APP providers. This candidate must be licensed in the state of Texas. This individual will be needed solely for licensing and credentialing and collaboration only as required by Texas law. This individual must be willing to move quickly for our staff to update CAQH profiles in preparation for credentialing submissions
